Ticket Information

Day Ticket Holders
Your ticket is valid only for the specific day you select during checkout. Day tickets are available for Friday 2nd May 2025, Saturday 3rd May 2025, or Sunday 4th May 2025. Simply scan your ticket at the gate to gain entry on your chosen day.

Weekend Ticket Holders
Your weekend ticket grants access from Friday 2nd May 2025 to Sunday 4th May 2025. Upon arrival, your ticket will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband. Keep your wristband on securely for the duration of the event; it is your entry to the festival and cannot be reused. If your wristband is removed or damaged, it will be void and will not be replaced.

  • Friday 2nd May 2025: 4:00 PM - 22:30 PM  (Gates close 11:00 PM)
  • Saturday 3rd May 2025 - Sunday 4th May 2025: 12:00 PM - 22:30 PM  (Gates close 11:00 PM)
  • Last Entry: 7:00 PM on Friday and 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (Camping exceptions apply)

Important Festival Etiquette
When arriving or leaving the site, please be mindful of the surrounding community and respect the environment. We love our city and aim to keep it clean—please dispose of waste responsibly and use the designated bus and taxi services.

Entry Requirements & ID Checks
All ticket holders will have their tickets checked and scanned at the entry gates. Please ensure you bring a valid form of photo ID. Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Passport
  • Driving License (provisional included)

Only those aged 18 or over will be allowed entry to the festival.

Ticket Printing
It is not mandatory to print your ticket, but doing so can speed up your entry. Electronic tickets on your phone are perfectly fine as well; duplicate tickets will not be accepted.

Important Admission Policy

  • Drugs Policy: Land Beyond Festival has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards drugs, including Nitrous Oxide. Full searches will be conducted, and anyone found with illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected, and possibly subject to prosecution.
  • Security Checks: Searches are a condition of entry. We reserve the right to confiscate any items deemed unsuitable or dangerous for the event.
  • Prohibited Items: You are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass into the festival arena. Glass containers will be confiscated.
  • Food & Drink: Outside food and drink are not allowed at the festival. If you have specific dietary needs, please contact us in advance at info@landbeyondfest.com.
  • Behavior Policy: The festival promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive behavior, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Transport

  • Parking: There is no parking available on-site for Day or Weekend ticket holders. Those with Camping or Glamping tickets can park for a £30 - £50 fee for the weekend (dependent on release tier) To book parking, please email info@landbeyondfest.com or add on to your ticket at time of purchase.
  • Shuttle Buses: At the end of the event, shuttle buses will operate from 9:00 PM until the festival ends, taking you back to Old Steine, Brighton.
  • Taxis: Pick-up and drop-off is available at Patcham Recreation Ground (just before the BP roundabout).
  • Walking: Walking to the festival is permitted, but please use designated paths and be mindful of local traffic.
  • Train: The closest train station is Preston Park. Ensure you leave enough time to catch your last train, as no additional late-night services will be available.

Disabled Facilities
We are committed to making Land Beyond Festival accessible for all. Please email info@landbeyondfest.com with details about your access requirements so we can ensure a comfortable festival experience.

  • Carer Tickets: A free carer ticket will be provided for each paying customer who is registered disabled.
  • Access: Disabled toilet facilities and a separate entrance lane will be available.

⚠️ Please Note:
Land Beyond takes place on a green field site, so please bear in mind that terrain may not be suitable for all mobility vehicles. If you have any questions about accessibility, feel free to reach out to our team before purchasing.

Event Changes
Should there be any changes to the event, such as venue, opening times, or headliner changes, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible. Please stay updated through our social media channels.

  • Line-Up Changes: The billing is subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend the line-up or artist set times without prior notice.

Full Terms & Conditions

  • Camping & Glamping: Camping is only permitted with a valid weekend camping or glamping ticket. 
  • Prohibited Sound Systems: Private sound systems are not permitted in the main festival arena.
  • Respect for the Environment: Please use the bins provided and respect the parkland.
  • Animals: No animals 
  • Recording Equipment: Video cameras, professional photography equipment, and laser pens are prohibited.
  • Liability: The organisers are not liable for any losses or expenses due to event cancellation beyond our control.
  • Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
  • Refund-Protection: If you purchased refund protection you must contact custcare@skiddle.com as this is dealt with on a case by case basis.
