Land Beyond Festival 2019 - 2024

It has been a rocky road, but we are now where we want to be with Land Beyond Festival: the South East's foremost electronic music festival and, from 2023, Brighton's first ever dance music festival with camping. Land Beyond is about stepping into the unknown, away from the day-to-day grind and into The Lost World where you are free to be you, to explore new sounds and scenes and experience the unknown.

It all started with a sold-out launch event in 2019. Dizzee Rascal played a standout show on the main stage and set us off on a fine footing. Then, well, Covid. Like everyone in the industry, we were devastated by it, but after two painful years of cancellation we finally came back with a bang in 2022 and served up a bigger and better event that showcased what we are all about.

And that is real diversity in our programming. We lined up cutting-edge names and myriad electronic styles from across the house, garage, hip-hop, grime and drum & bass scenes and plenty in between. We also showcased our attention to detail and plenty of creativity when it comes to stage designs and production: punchy sound systems, pyrotechnics, vibrant colours, pirate ships, animated life-size dinosaurs and so much more all to add to the escapist feel of the festival.

In 2023, we built on that, extending to three days with no fewer than six stages per day. Each one was hosted by a cult brand or influential label with world-class line ups to match. Camping was also an option for those wanting the full experience, and frankly, there was other way.

2024 promises awe-inspiring installations, immersive encounters, and captivating stage designs.
Huge headliners, groundbreaking production, a reimagined Camping/Glamping Village, an enhanced VIP experience and so much more.
